OINOS Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@oinos.wine with your order number and reason for return.

Once the return is received and approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping) will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Used items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
